LASEF (Laboratory of Simulation in Energy and Fluids) is a research unit of IST/IDMEC (Instituto de Engenharia Mecânica at Instituto Superior Técnico) aiming to be a center of excellence on flow physics modelling and simulation.

Computational Fluid Dynamics

• Development of Navier-Stokes algorithms based on high-order Finite Difference and Finite Volume methods, for complex geometries or turbulence with DNS and LES
